Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, we follow a limited return policy:

  • Wrong or Damaged Items: If your order arrives misprinted, defective, or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace it at no cost.
     

    Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
     

    Buyer’s Remorse / Size Issues: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or simply because you changed your mind. Please check size charts carefully before purchasing.

If you received a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item, email us at kateriddickco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll take care of the rest.
